As that is what we were told the first time. That isn’t enough for me to risk my sons life. We were told that we have a pet cabin however it hasn’t had pet in it for awhile. As always we did our pre check to make sure a head of time that there is no bleach ( another horrible allergy for my son) in the cabin and that we have a pet free cabin as well. We made a reservation months ago for this family vacation. A two hour ambulance ride where he was barely breathing and days in the hospital were the result of that family vacation. I almost lost him when he was four because we stayed in a place that supposedly was clean of animal fur and dander. That should get you a safe place to stay! My son has severe animal allergies and the extra care needs to be given. If you have a membership you know it costs anywhere from 8,000-16,000 and yearly fees. We paid a lot of money for a membership that isn’t worth even a dollar.

I am very disappointed and we haven’t even left yet. If you can give a place zero stars, this place would earn it.
